A: Your Member ID is a code that, once entered into our box office system, automatically adjusts all ticket prices to the reduced Member Price. With your Member ID, you only have to remember 1 code and don’t have to use any of the discounts we offer anywhere else because you can rest assured the member price will always be the lowest we offer.
A: Your Member ID code will be on your 3Believer Member Card, given to you on a lanyard when you attend your first event of your member year.
It will also be sent to you via email when you initially become a member.
And you can always contact us to request we send it to you.
If you’re ordering in person at the box office at the theater, you can present your card or simply tell the clerk you’re a Member and they’ll pull up your account by number or name.
A: Some of your benefits are automatically applied so you don’t even have to think about it, others will be given to you in person when you attend your first event as a Member, and the rest can be accessed by visiting the Member Suite; the password for which can be found on your e-confirmation from your initial Membership purchase.
You’ll also want to be sure to add us to your contacts so you receive emails from us. We’ll have a regular newsletter highlighting benefits and letting you know about other ways to save.
A: The membership term is 1 year from the purchase date as well as the remaining dates of the month of the purchase. Meaning, if you become a Member on December 7, 2023, your membership will be valid until the last day of December 2024.
A: No, your membership provides you and only you access to all of the benefits for which the member is eligible. There are some benefits you can share with friends and family, like the 20% off additional tickets, but if there are Members Only events the whole family wants to attend, everyone will need a membership. We do offer a discount on additional memberships for those in the same household.
A: You can visit our website at anytime 24/7 to reserve tickets. You’ll want to look for the “enter membership code” link on the top right of the ticketing section and enter your Member ID. You are also welcome to visit us at the 3Below Box Office when the box office is open; just be sure to inform the clerk that you’re a Member.
A: Yes! We receive tons of requests from folks hoping to exchange their tickets because someone in their party gets ill or someone can’t make it on the date they chose. From now on, this benefit is available only to our Members, for their entire order. (Exchanges must be made prior to the Member’s existing showtime.)
Members can exchange tickets for another performance of the same production. We also offer a Show Swap benefit so you can swap your tickets to another like event if you need to.
A: At some point during your Membership, you’ll be very happy you have this benefit. If “something suddenly came up”, as Marsha Brady would say, only Members will be able to Exchange tickets without paying the $5 service fee. Exchange requests can be made by using the form found in the Member Suite no later than 24 hours prior to the event for which you currently have tickets. All ticket exchange privileges are subject to ticket availability. We cannot guarantee the seating location of exchanged tickets.
A: You are not able to do so as these events are one-night only events. You will be reminded many times prior to reserve your tickets.
Exclusive, Free Members-Only Events will take place no less than two times a year. Current plans include A Night at The Oscars, Red Carpet at the Tonys, after parties, family game nights, broadway karaoke, open mic nights, and more.
A: Nope, no limit. As a member you are welcome to purchase as many tickets as you like.
