On December 31, you don’t want to be anywhere other than 3Below Theaters where we’ll ring in the new year with a fantastic film and a dessert buffet. Best of all? The party starts at 6:30pm so for those looking for a fun time without the late bedtime, we’ve got you covered with our NY NYE 9:00PM Countdown! Come dressed to impress in costumes to match the movie, cocktail attire, OR fancy PJs/loungewear!
What’s The Plan?
Our New Year’s Eve party starts at 6:30pm with the Hit Movie Musical, MOULIN ROUGE THE SING-ALONG! It’ll be a “spectacular spectacular” event with audience participation, on-screen lyrics so you can-can-can sing along, and a fun pack of props to go along with the film.
After the 2 hour movie we’ll countdown to midnight…New York time, that is!…before adjourning to the lobby for a dessert buffet.
How Much Does It Cost?
Your $40 ticket ($30 for Members) includes the on-screen and in-theatre entertainment, a fun pack, and a dessert buffet with post-film party in the lobby. Plus, we offer free parking with validation!
What Should I Wear?
Come dressed to impress in costumes to match the movie, cocktail attire, OR fancy PJs/loungewear!
The Film

Baz Luhrmann’s sensual reinvention of the movie musical was nominated for 8 ACADEMY AWARDS® including Best Picture. Set in a Paris nightclub that caters to society’s decadent elite, the exhilarating Moulin Rouge follows the story of the ill-fated love affair between a stunning courtesan (Kidman) and a struggling young writer (McGregor).

About Our Alongs
Back in 2009 when we hosted our first “along”, we had no idea we would go on to present hundreds of sing-along and quote-along events delighting tens of thousands of people throughout the state. Now that we have a theater to program 365 days a year, we have plenty of opportunities to book the best in interactive entertainment!
Event Highlights
Our interactive experiences begin with a pre-show led by our quirky and witty emcee who welcomes our enthusiastic audiences and introduces the interactive elements of each Sing-Along, Quote-Along or Special Event Experience. A Fun Pack is included as part of admission to enhance the participation experience. And, additional in-movie antics with even more giveaways and props are frequently part of the fun.
Pre-Show
The pre-show starts at the published event time; no need to arrive any earlier than you normally would to get great food and drinks from our café, use the restrooms, and find your seats – and since seats are reserved in advance, you’ll save even more time. During the pre-show, our host will explain all the fun planned for the event including the fun pack included with your admission price, the on-screen lyrics (for sing-alongs), and other in-movie antics you can look forward to.
Costumes Strongly Encouraged!
Dressing up in a costume from the movie, or that ties in creatively, is always encouraged! We may even bring you up to showcase your costume as part of the pre-show festivities…and sometimes we even have costume contests for terrific prizes.
